Troubleshooting

Sometimes transfers can get stuck on the “Transfer Transaction” stage. If you have been waiting for an hour or two you can try the following steps:

Step 1: Locate the Transaction Hash

Go to Etherscan for your wallet and under the transactions locate the transaction hash in which you sent the Ruler tokens.

Step 2: Go to AnySwap

Open anyswap explorer and try to search for your transaction. You will either be shown the status of your transaction like so:

Or be taken to the “Tools” tab like this one:

In the second case, enter the transaction in the first field, set “From Chain” to “Ethereum” and “To Chain” to “BSC”. Click Send.

Step 3: Check Pending

Once you click “Send”, wait for a minute and go into the “Pending Txns” tab. Your transaction will appear there. If so, your transfer will be processed successfully within a few minutes.
